Mark King joined PMC in 2012. Mr. King works closely with PMC’s General Counsel, as well as our outside counsel coordinating various aspects of our litigation and licensing efforts, as well as providing day-to-day legal advice regarding various aspects of company operations.

Prior to joining PMC, Mr. King was in private legal practice in Richmond, Virginia, focusing on business and commercial litigation. He assisted both large law firms and corporate legal departments in electronic discovery and related issues in a wide variety of civil and criminal litigation. He also provided freelance brief-writing, document drafting, and legal research services to small law practices, with an emphasis on commercial transaction litigation.

Mr. King holds a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Richmond.
